Marky Ramone, Agnostic Front and others added to Exit Festival 2020 lineup

February 4, 2020

Grammy Award-winning lifelong artist and punk icon Marky Ramone and New York hardcore heroes Agnostic Front, headline a new wave of artists for EXIT 2.0, along with American rapper Sheck Wes, and UK's indie rock band Metronomy. They will be joined by Finnish punks Rattus, the Boston hardcore band Death Before Dishonor, the avant-garde Norwegian quartet Shining, Croatian songwriter J.R. August, as well as many others who have already announced their performances for EXIT 2.0, such as Fatboy Slim, James Arthur, ZHU, Kosheen

The celebration of EXIT’s 20th birthday will be joined by a member of the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame, whose handprints are on the Hollywood Rock Walk, Marky Ramone. He spent 15 years as the drummer of the legendary punk band Ramones who, during that period, released one of their most famous songs, 'I Wanna Be Sedated.' After more than 1,700 concerts and over 15 releases, Ramones were inducted into the R’n’R Hall of Fame and have received two lifetime achievement awards, one from MTV and one from the Grammy Awards. Marky Ramone’s band Blitzkrieg, the band that Marky is performing with currently, will continue at an equally bombastic pace in 2020, bringing his enviable energy and Ramones’ greatest hits to Petrovaradin Fortress.

Part of the Explosive Stage powerful lineup will be one of the world’s biggest hardcore names, Agnostic Front, the Boston hardcore band Death Before Dishonor, the cult anarcho punk name highly quoted in underground circles Rattus, and the increasingly popular avant-garde Norwegian band Shining. This guitar holiday will be joined by one of the highest quality names on the Scandinavian scene Misconduct, the Danish punk rock trio that has a serious fan base in these parts Movement, as well as quite few metal bands.
