Speaking on the collaborative remix project, the group state: “We close the year off with 'RTRN Revisited' & we’ve enlisted 3 artists (who’s tunes haven’t left our record box all year) to put their own stamp on the record. Benny L’s grimy VIP of 'Shut Up,' Traumatize takes 'Bubble' to the dance floor & the legend Shy FX flips ‘Murder Music’ on it’s head with help from some very special guests.”
After Chase & Status made a killer remix of Shy FX’s jungle classic ‘Original Nuttah,’ Shy wanted to return the favour. He explains: "Really enjoyed remixing this for the guys. They just did the 'Original Nuttah' remix and I wanted to return the favour. It’s a family thing, and I wanted to bring Ms Dynamite & Kiko Bun in on the remix to add that extra something. Love.”

Through the release of the RTRN series, Chase and Status were looking to inspire a cultural movement; bringing back British music and fashion of the golden years of Jungle music from the mid-late 90’s. Last year also saw the opening of Saul Milton’s second installation - Super Sharp Reloaded, at Selfridges. Speaking on the installation, Saul explains: “The queue was the catwalk.” Super Sharp Reloaded, once again explores the appropriation of Italian designer brands in the underground music scenes of Jungle and UK Garage.
