Refused drop a song for 'Cyberpunk 2077' as a fake band Samurai

Yup, you read that right. Swedish post-hardcore legends Refused created music for the upcoming video game 'Cyperpunk 2077,' under the Samurai moniker. Today, they released the first song called 'Chippin' In.' Although the song is good and has the energy the band is known for, the style is different, and it easy to understand why it wasn't released as Refused.

About the project, the band shared: "We’re incredibly excited to reveal the first taste of our collaboration with our new friends in CD PROJEKT RED for their upcoming game 'Cyberpunk 2077.' It was a pleasure working with them to create the songs for the band Samurai and we can’t wait for you to hear what else we worked on with them. As for new Refused… who knows, maybe that is coming sooner than you think!"

Started in Brussels in 2017 by the two fans with the idea of exploring and connecting cultures they love. From boards and wheels to beats and screams to pens and cans. If you found it here, we love it.
