Jorja Smith and Stormzy release James Bond-inspired video for 'Let Me Down'

Jorja Smith has unveiled the incredible video to her new single ‘Let Me Down’ featuring British superstar Stormzy. The video, directed by Hector Dockrill was filmed in Kiev (Ukraine) and sees Jorja taking on the role of an hit-woman - tasked with plotting against a ballet dancer. Caught up in the moment, Jorja finds herself involved in more than just a murder mystery. Speaking on the visual, Hector Dockrill states: “When I received the brief for this film it was pretty much just one word; Bond. Jorja and I put our heads together and played with the idea of her role being a strong female lead, in an entirely fictional world. Creating this setting and developing Jorja's character in giving her depth, soul and richness was a strong step in the direction of filmmaking I want to take, and the collaborative process with Jorja and everyone around us was definitely something we're eager to do again ASAP.”

Started in Brussels in 2017 by the two fans with the idea of exploring and connecting cultures they love. From boards and wheels to beats and screams to pens and cans. If you found it here, we love it.
